Key Responsibilities

:

Develop and execute comprehensive, end-to-end email marketing strategies across multiple customer segments and lifecycle stages.

Create, manage, and optimize

email campaigns

including newsletters, promotional campaigns, onboarding series, and re-engagement flows. Oversee

email list growth, segmentation, and hygiene

to ensure high deliverability and engagement. Manage and improve

email automation workflows

for lifecycle campaigns, lead nurturing, and customer retention. Analyze campaign performance using KPIs such as

open rate, CTR, conversion rate, bounce rate

, and

unsubscribe rate

. Work closely with

creative, content, sales, and product teams

to align email messaging with overall business objectives. Regularly

report insights

and suggest improvements based on campaign performance and customer behavior analytics. Stay up-to-date with the latest

email marketing trends, tools, platform updates

, and best practices. Design and execute

end-to-end digital marketing strategies

aligned with company goals Lead campaigns across

SEO, SEM, Social Media, Email, Content Marketing

, and

Paid Media

Monitor and

analyze campaign data

to optimize performance Manage the

digital marketing budget

effectively Collaborate with

cross-functional teams
