Position Overview


We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven

Digital Marketing Sales Head

to lead our sales efforts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for bringing in new clients, managing leads, conducting client meetings, and closing deals. This role requires a strong understanding of digital marketing services, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to convert opportunities into long-term partnerships.

Key Responsibilities



Lead Generation & Prospecting

Identify and generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, cold calling, and online platforms. Follow up on inbound leads and inquiries promptly.

Client Engagement & Meetings

Call and qualify leads to understand client needs and pain points. Schedule and attend client meetings (both virtual and in-person) to pitch company services. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.

Sales & Revenue Growth

Present tailored proposals and close deals to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements with clients. Upsell and cross-sell digital marketing services to existing clients.

Collaboration & Reporting

Work closely with the digital marketing and operations teams to ensure client expectations are met. Provide regular reports on sales performance, pipeline status, and revenue forecasts. Represent the company at industry events, networking sessions, and client presentations.

Required Skills & Qualifications



Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred). 1-4 years of experience in sales, preferably in

digital marketing, advertising, or IT services

. Strong understanding of digital marketing services (SEO, SEM, Social Media, Ads, Branding, etc.). Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets. Self-motivated with strong leadership and team management capabilities.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
