Job Description

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Sales & Follow-Up Executive to handle sales inquiries, follow up with potential clients, and support the conversion process for digital marketing services. The role focuses on lead follow-ups, client communication, and coordination with internal teams. This position is open to freshers and experienced candidates.

Key Responsibilities

Follow up with inbound and outbound leads for digital marketing services. Explain digital marketing service offerings to potential clients. Maintain regular communication with prospects to move them through the sales funnel. Assist in closing sales and achieving assigned targets. Coordinate with internal teams for client onboarding and service handover. Maintain accurate records of follow-ups, conversations, and sales status. Handle basic client queries related to services and pricing.
Requirements

Freshers:

Graduate with interest in sales or digital marketing.

Experienced:

6 months to 2 years of experience in digital marketing sales or follow-up roles. Good communication and persuasion skills. Basic understanding of digital marketing services. Strong follow-up and relationship-building abilities. Comfortable with phone calls and client interactions.
Preferred Skills

Experience in digital marketing or IT services sales. Familiarity with CRM or lead tracking tools. Ability to manage multiple leads efficiently.
