Digital Marketing Agency Sales Executive

service digital marketing agency specializing in healthcare and education. We deliver end
to
end strategy, implementation, and performance reporting to help our clients scale sustainably.

Key Responsibilities:

New Business Acquisition

Identify, qualify, and close leads specifically for digital marketing services (SEO, PPC, social media, content marketing, automation).

Develop and execute outreach campaigns (cold calls, LinkedIn, email) targeting healthcare brands.

Client Relationship Management

Conduct needs
assessment calls and in
depth proposal presentations.

Build strong, trust
based relationships with prospects and hand off onboarded clients to the account management team.

Pipeline & Forecasting:

Maintain and update pipeline in CRM daily.

Provide weekly/monthly sales forecasts to the Head of Sales.

Collaboration & Feedback

Work closely with Marketing to refine lead
gen campaigns based on conversion data.

Share market insights and competitive feedback to shape service offerings.

Targets & KPIs

Achieve monthly revenue targets.

Maintain a minimum qualification rate from initial outreach.

Close at least 15 new clients per quarter.

Must
Have Qualifications

Agency Experience Only

2-4
years in Business Development or Sales within a digital marketing agency (no outside
industry sales).

Service
Selling Expertise

Proven track record selling SEO, SEM/PPC, social media, or automation services.

Deep understanding of digital marketing deliverables and ROI metrics.

Communication & Negotiation

Excellent verbal and written English; comfortable presenting to C
level executives.

Strong objection
handling and contract
negotiation skills.

Tech & Tools

Hands
on with a CRM and proposal
creation tools (Google Slides, MS PowerPoint).

Comfortable with Google Workspace and basic Excel reporting.

Nice
to
Have

Prior experience selling to healthcare.

Network of industry contacts in Hyderabad

Familiarity with marketing automation platforms
