Digital Marketing Sales Executive / Business Development Executive (Digital Marketing)

Roles and Responsibilities:



Lead Generation & Prospecting

Identify potential clients through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and social media. Generate leads for digital marketing and website design services. Schedule meetings and product demos with qualified prospects.

Client Communication & Sales



Pitch our services such as Social Media Marketing, SEO, Google Ads, and Website Development. Understand client requirements and recommend suitable marketing packages. Prepare quotations, presentations, and proposals for clients. Negotiate pricing and close deals to meet or exceed targets.

Account Management



Maintain relationships with existing clients for upselling and renewals. Coordinate with the marketing and operations team for smooth project delivery. Provide regular updates and feedback to the management team.

Reporting

Maintain accurate lead and sales data in CRM. Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports. Track target achievements and pipeline status.

Monthly Targets & Performance Expectations:



Minimum Lead Conversion:

8-10 new clients/month.

Monthly Revenue Target:

?1,00,000 - ?2,00,000 in sales value.

Weekly KPI Goals:

30+ qualified calls or meetings per week. 10+ proposals sent weekly. 2-3 confirmed closures weekly.
Performance will be measured based on
