We're looking for a dynamic Digital Marketing & Sales Executive to drive online presence and lead generation for our hospitality business. The role involves managing social media, digital marketing, website handling, lead generation, and sales for travel business.
Responsibilities:
- Digital Marketing:
- Manage social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Youtube, etc.)
- Create engaging content and campaigns to boost online presence
- Handle website updates and maintenance
- Perform digital marketing activities to drive bookings
- Monitor online reviews and respond promptly
- Analyse digital marketing metrics and optimize strategies
- Sales:
- Generate leads for hotel bookings and events
- Follow up on leads, convert inquiries into sales
- Collaborate with teams to ensure seamless guest experience
- Identify new business opportunities in the travel segment
Requirements:
- Degree in Marketing, Hospitality, or related field
- 0-2 years of experience in digital marketing and sales (freshers welcome)
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, social media ads)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to travel for business development
