We are expanding our Sales & Business Development team and looking for two dynamic professionals who are passionate about digital marketing, client engagement, and driving business growth.
Role Summary
As a
Sales & Business Development Executive
, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, nurturing leads, and converting them into long-term partnerships. You will work across
inbound and outbound sales channels
to promote our suite of digital marketing services.
Key Responsibilities
Drive
inbound sales
by converting leads generated through organic and performance marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, social media, etc.)
Execute
outbound sales
strategies including cold calling, emailing, LinkedIn outreach, and networking
Understand client business needs and pitch customized digital marketing solutions (SEO, SMM, Paid Ads, Branding, Website Design & Development)
Collaborate with the internal strategy and marketing teams to prepare proposals, presentations, and quotations
Manage the entire sales cycle--from lead generation to closing
Maintain CRM systems, sales trackers, and reporting dashboards
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Candidate Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
1-3 years of proven experience in sales, preferably within a marketing or advertising agency
Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts and platforms
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in CRM tools and lead generation platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Apollo, HubSpot)
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently
