will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing online marketing and sales strategies to generate qualified leads, convert prospects, and grow brand awareness across digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, create, and manage paid digital campaigns across platforms (Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
Support sales efforts through lead generation, retargeting, and conversion strategies.
Develop engaging marketing content for social media, email, blogs, and landing pages.
Analyze marketing performance metrics (traffic, leads, CTR, ROI) and adjust strategies accordingly.
Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing campaigns with revenue goals.
Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends and opportunities.
Manage and optimize SEO, SEM, and website content to increase visibility and conversions.
Assist in developing digital sales funnels, including email nurturing and CRM follow-ups.
Use tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and HubSpot to track and improve performance.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
1-3 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing and/or online sales.
Strong knowledge of SEO, Google Ads, Meta/Facebook Ads, and social media marketing.
Familiar with CRM and email marketing tools like HubSpot, Mailchimp, or Zoho.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Creative thinking and a strong understanding of digital consumer behavior.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills (Not Required but a Plus):
Graphic design skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite)
Experience with WordPress or other CMS platforms
B2B or B2C digital marketing experience
