2. Campaign Execution
Plan and manage paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other platforms.
Execute SEO/SEM strategies to improve website visibility.
Manage email marketing campaigns, automation flows, and segmentation.
3. Content & Social Media
Oversee content creation for social media, blogs, and website.
Manage company presence across social media platforms.
Work with designers and content teams for creatives and marketing assets.
4. Analytics & Optimization
Track performance across all digital channels using Google Analytics, Search Console, and other tools.
Optimize campaigns to improve CTR, conversion rate, and ROI.
Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
5. Website & CRM Management
Coordinate website updates and ensure SEO best practices.
Manage CRM campaigns and lead nurturing workflows.
Support landing page creation, A/B testing, and conversion optimization.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
6 Months -2 years of experience in digital marketing.
Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO/SEM, and social media marketing.
Experience with tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, HubSpot, Mailchimp, or similar platforms.
Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data.
Excellent communication and project-management skills.
Preferred Qualifications (Optional)
Certifications in Google Ads, SEO, HubSpot, or Facebook Blueprint.
Experience in the industry: [e.g., e-commerce, SaaS, real estate, healthcare, etc.]
