Job Title: Digital Marketing Specialist

Job Summary

We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to develop, implement, and optimize our online marketing strategies. The ideal candidate has experience with performance marketing, social media management, SEO/SEM, content strategy, analytics tools, and campaign execution.

Key Responsibilities1. Digital Strategy & Campaign Management

Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across channels including Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, YouTube, and others. Manage end-to-end performance marketing campaigns (lead generation, conversions, remarketing). Optimize campaigns based on KPIs such as CTR, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rate.

2. Social Media Management

Develop content calendars for social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, etc.). Monitor engagement, respond to comments/messages, and track performance metrics. Create and manage paid social campaigns.

3. SEO & Website Optimization

Conduct keyword research and ensure website optimization for organic search. Collaborate with content and tech teams to improve site structure, on-page SEO, and user experience. Track rankings and provide monthly SEO performance reports.

4. Content & Creative Coordination

Assist in creating engaging content (blogs, videos, emails, graphics). Coordinate with designers, writers, and agencies to ensure brand consistency. Implement A/B testing for creatives, landing pages, and ad copies.

5. Analytics & Reporting

Track and analyze key digital marketing metrics using Google Analytics, GA4, Data Studio, and CRM tools. Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with insights and recommendations. Measure ROI and identify growth opportunities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
