Job Description

Role & responsibilities :- Design, implement, and optimise comprehensive digital marketing strategies.- Oversee the planning, execution, and monitoring of digital marketing campaigns across various platforms.- Manage paid search marketing (SEM) campaigns (Google Ads, Bing Ads) to improve RoAS- Analyse the performance of digital marketing campaigns using tools like Google Analytics and other metrics platforms.- Generate reports to assess campaign effectiveness and make data-driven decisions.- Develop strategies for lead generation and customer acquisition, ensuring high-quality leads are nurtured through the marketing funnel to increase conversions.- Work closely with sales, product, design, and other teams to align digital marketing efforts with overall business objectives and enhance customer experience.- Continuously research and adopt the latest digital marketing trends, tools, technologies, and best practices.- You bring a bonus if you also manage search engine optimisation (SEO) efforts to improve organic rankingsRequirements :- A degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.- 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing.- Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs), Google Ads, social media management platforms, and email marketing software.- Good understanding of SEO principles and SEM strategies for driving organic and paid traffic.- Strong written and verbal communication skills.- Ability to analyse data, generate insights, and make decisions based on performance metrics.- Ability to think creatively while executing effective strategies that align with business goals.- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and meet deadlines.
