The chief role of the Digital Marketing Lead is to make sure that the stories of innovations and people of Repos are amplified in the best way possible. You will be responsible to start E-commerce of Energy in the given zone through digital marketing. What Will You Be Doing You will be creating Magic. You will be Creating a world where Repos is not only changing the energy distribution of the world but also impacting millions of lives on the planet. You will be leading a path that has never been walked before. You will be creating a global brand which is there in the top 3 brands of the world (Why Not) Since we are into e-commerce of energy, the need for energy will never vanish. And it is our dream to create a brand where we stand for something larger than ourselves. You will have to make sure that people in your area are ordering Energy from the mobile application and you will have to interact with different stakeholders to make sure you are achieving your goals. You will be working closely with the founder s office. And Last, You will be changing the world and showing your magic (We know this for sure) Your Unconditional Responsibilities: Work closely with the Brand team to devise campaign content. Collaborate with the Sales and Strategy team and analyse performance reports to build strong customer lifecycle funnels. Own operations of all channels of communication with users including email, SMS, push notifications, in-app and WhatsApp bot etc. You ll be identifying new trends, technologies and solutions in the marketplace to scale our business. Dealing with 3rd party vendors to for affiliate marketing campaigns A data-driven marketer using demographic and behavioral data to identify opportunities to create innovative and highly personalized nurture experiences for customers and prospects. You define and kick-start new initiatives, clearly identifying the KPI and targets, and see through to successful execution and on-time delivery. You assess and report on the results of initiatives vs their expected impact. What will you need 1-3 years of experience in running lead generation and app installs (acquisition and retention) and e-commerce campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, Google,LinkedIn and Twitter ads. Good understanding of CRM and landing page creation. Hands-on experience of Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager. Knowledge of MixPanel would Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel with a knack for numbers for data analysis. Good understanding of Marketing Automation tools like CleverTap, MoEngage,WebEngage, An efficient administrator: Excellent team management and scheduling skills,structured working style (As creativity without structure is a mess). A good psychologist who knows what people(team/customers) think and want. Willing and able to set high standards. Capable of strategic thinking positioning and all that. The ability to think creatively and provide a solution through visuals. Research minded Mastery over execution (Ideas without action and execution are a delusion) Prepared to share credit for good work, and accept blame for bad work. A good teacher, leader and a good recruiter. (You will have to build your team of Picasso s) Your mindset and ability to agile and adapt to change as we are a startup who is on the way to change the world. Obsessive curiosity about products, people and brand building.
