This role requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, can manage multiple projects simultaneously, and is passionate about improving processes, optimizing workflows, and ensuring successful end-to-end project delivery. The candidate will also mentor and guide other Project Managers within the team.
Key Responsibilities
Lead client communications with professionalism and confidence while coordinating closely with delivery leads
Create, manage, and execute integrated project plans aligned with client strategies and business goals
Maintain clear, consistent, and high-quality communication with internal and external stakeholders
Guide project estimation and oversee the creation of key project deliverables
Monitor and manage project scope throughout the project lifecycle
Track and evaluate digital marketing campaign performance based on ROI, KPIs, and defined objectives
Maintain project health dashboards and ensure regular performance monitoring
Establish, document, and improve repeatable project management processes
Collaborate with Delivery Leads, Client Services, and Executive Sponsors to ensure smooth client delivery
Lead enterprise-level digital project engagements from planning to execution
Ensure project milestones, deadlines, and goals are consistently met
Identify project risks, track tasks, and proactively resolve issues before they impact delivery
Prepare accurate resource allocation and time forecasting for ongoing and upcoming projects
Required Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree with
5+ years of proven experience
in digital media, digital marketing, or analytics in a
project management role
Strong background working in an
agency environment
managing digital media, technology, and analytics projects
Experience with
SEO, SEM strategies, and keyword research
Good understanding of
analytics tools
, especially
Google Analytics
Knowledge of
OpenAir or NetSuite
is an added advantage
Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple deliverables
Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach
Self-motivated, accountable, and capable of working independently
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in English (mandatory)
