Key Responsibilities
Develop and Implement Strategies
Create and execute comprehensive SEO and social media plans to improve search rankings and foster online community growth.
Keyword Research & Analysis
Conduct in-depth keyword research to identify high-value search terms.
Analyze competitor tactics and market trends to refine strategies.
Content Optimization & Creation
Optimize website and marketing content for SEO.
Guide and support the creation of engaging, brand-aligned social media and digital content.
Social Media Management
Manage and grow social media accounts across platforms.
Design and implement campaigns to increase reach, engagement, and brand loyalty.
Technical SEO
Perform regular technical SEO audits to identify and resolve issues with site structure, crawlability, indexing, and page performance.
Link Building
Develop and implement effective link-building strategies to strengthen domain authority and improve organic rankings.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting
Track KPIs such as traffic, keyword rankings, conversion rates, and engagement.
Prepare and present performance reports using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and social media insights.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with design, development, and marketing teams to integrate SEO and social media best practices into all digital initiatives.
Stay Updated
Keep up to date with search engine algorithm updates, platform changes, and emerging industry trends to ensure a competitive digital strategy.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or related field.
2-4 years of experience in SEO, digital marketing, or social media management.
Proficiency with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush/Ahrefs, and social media management platforms.
Strong understanding of SEO principles, social media algorithms, and digital marketing trends.
Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills.
