Role Overview
We are seeking a creative and driven
Marketing & PR Executive
to manage digital campaigns, influencer partnerships, social media communication, and public relations for LeBrands.Space.
The ideal candidate will be hands-on with digital tools, comfortable engaging with influencers and media houses, and capable of executing both online and offline marketing initiatives.
Plan and execute digital ad campaigns, reels, and video creatives with production partners.
Manage daily content publishing on Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
Track campaign performance and optimize for reach, engagement, and conversions.
Collaborate with design and content teams to maintain consistent branding.
Influencer Collaboration & Partnerships
Identify, approach, and onboard influencers and creators across multiple niches.
Coordinate influencer campaigns from concept to posting, ensuring creative quality and brand alignment.
Maintain relationships with micro, macro, and celebrity influencers.
Guide influencers through onboarding, briefing, and script verification.
Public Relations & Media Outreach
Build and maintain relationships with media houses, journalists, and PR agencies.
Prepare and distribute press releases, campaign updates, and feature stories.
Coordinate with D2C brands and digital communities for collaborative campaigns.
Broadcast platform updates, feature launches, and promotional opportunities to brand owners.
Offline & Community Marketing
Plan and manage on-ground events, pop-up stalls, and university engagement programs.
Drive awareness through campus activations and community partnerships.
Customer Growth & Analytics
Develop influencer-led referral programs and contests to increase registrations.
Analyze campaign data and prepare performance reports.
Ensure consistency in brand messaging and tone across all marketing communication.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of experience in Digital Marketing, PR, or Influencer Collaboration.
Strong understanding of Instagram, YouTube, Meta Ads, and campaign analytics.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and projects simultaneously.
Creativity, attention to detail, and a passion for Indian D2C and lifestyle brands.
Compensation and Growth
Base Salary: ?20,000 to 25,000 per month
Performance review after 3 months with potential salary revision
Opportunity to advance to Marketing & PR Manager within 6-12 months
