We're looking for a hands-on Digital Marketing & PR Coordinator to manage HRA's digital presence: from content planning and production to posting and performance tracking. You'll work closely with our in-house graphic designer to turn data insights and member stories into engaging digital assets--without acting as the external "face" of HRA or pitching directly to media.
Key Responsibilities
Content Collaboration & Production
o Partner daily with the graphic designer to develop social posts, infographics, email templates, blog visuals, and webinar assets.
o Translate inputs from data analysts and BDRs into clear, on-brand digital content.
Digital Channel Management
o Schedule and publish content across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and our blog/CMS.
o Maintain and update the HRA website: news updates, resource downloads, event pages.
Email & Automation
o Draft and deploy member newsletters, event invites, and partner announcements via our marketing automation platform (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot).
o Manage subscriber segments, A/B tests, and basic drip campaigns.
PR Support
o Prepare draft press releases, media kits, and talking-point one-pagers for review.
o Coordinate with leadership on approvals and distribution lists--without conducting outreach directly.
Analytics & Optimization
o Monitor engagement metrics (clicks, opens, impressions) and prepare concise weekly/monthly reports.
o Recommend adjustments to posting times, formats, or channels based on performance data.
Workflow & Asset Management
o Keep an organized content calendar and asset library (copy decks, design files, brand guidelines).
o Ensure all digital assets adhere to HRA's brand standards and compliance requirements.
Stakeholder Collaboration
o Work closely with BDRs to gather field insights, success metrics, and local market stories for marketing assets.

Pay: ₹29,858.19 - ₹69,800.13 per month
