We are looking for a proactive and versatile individual who can manage our digital marketing campaigns as well as handle day-to-day office administration. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys multitasking, has strong organizational skills, and is eager to contribute to both marketing growth and smooth office operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Digital Marketing
Manage social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.) and create engaging content.
Coordinate with designers/agencies for creatives, product photos, and promotional content.
Track performance metrics (CTR, conversions, ROI) and prepare monthly reports.
Support e-commerce operations (Amazon, Flipkart, website updates, SEO, product listings).
Suggest and implement growth strategies for brand awareness and online sales.
Office Administration
Handle day-to-day office operations including correspondence, filing, and record keeping.
Manage inventory of office supplies and place orders as needed.
Assist HR with attendance, leave records, and recruitment coordination.
Support finance team with basic documentation (invoices, vendor coordination, petty cash).
Maintain smooth communication with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
Ensure a professional, organized, and efficient office environment.
