About the Role:

We are seeking a proactive and organized Digital Marketing Placement Coordinator with around 1 year of experience in placement coordination to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing and facilitating placement activities, focusing on digital marketing roles and internships. This role requires excellent communication skills, a good understanding of digital marketing domains, and experience coordinating with students, recruiters, and internal teams to ensure successful placements.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate end-to-end placement processes specifically for digital marketing roles including internships and full-time positions. Build and maintain strong relationships with recruiters, companies, and industry contacts. Assist students/candidates in resume building, interview preparation, and skill alignment for digital marketing job roles. Organize campus recruitment drives, webinars, and workshops focusing on digital marketing skills and career opportunities. Maintain a database of placement records, candidate profiles, and recruiter information. Collaborate with the digital marketing faculty and training teams to understand job market trends and skill requirements. Track placement metrics, prepare reports, and provide feedback for continuous improvement. Communicate job openings and coordinate scheduling of interviews and follow-ups with candidates and recruiters. Handle queries and provide support to students and recruiters during the placement process.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum 1 year of experience in placement coordination or recruitment, preferably in the digital marketing domain. Good understanding of digital marketing concepts (SEO, SEM, Social Media, Content Marketing, Analytics). Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Proficient with MS Office and CRM/placement management tools. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.
