The Mission:

Your mission is to take us from "zero to one" in digital marketing. You will be the architect of our global digital footprint, creating and executing a strategy that makes our brand reachable and relevant everywhere in the world. You will not just run campaigns; you will build the engine for scalable, sustainable growth.

What You Will Do:

Build the Strategy:

Develop our foundational digital marketing strategy from scratch, encompassing SEO/SEM, content marketing, social media, email campaigns, and PR.

Lead & Guide:

Take charge of our digital presence. You will guide our website developer (or manage external resources) to ensure our web properties are optimized for conversion and user experience.

Drive Global Reach:

Identify and penetrate new international markets through targeted digital campaigns.

Analyze & Optimize:

Live and breathe data. Use analytics to track performance, prove ROI, and relentlessly optimize our strategies for maximum impact.

Build the Brand:

Craft our brand's narrative and ensure it resonates across all digital touchpoints.

You have a portfolio of past successes where you demonstrably moved the needle for a company's growth. You are a strategic thinker who can also execute relentlessly. You don't just make PowerPoints; you get your hands dirty and make things happen. You are a natural leader and collaborator, able to guide technical and creative teams towards a common vision. You are driven by a dream to build and create, not just to collect a salary. You are hungry for a challenge and the opportunity to earn a real stake in what you build.
