Key Responsibilities :
Digital Marketing & Strategy
Manage SEO, SMM, SEM, Email Marketing, and Content Marketing.
Perform keyword research, on-page/off-page SEO, and follow Google algorithm updates.
Develop strategies to enhance brand visibility, traffic, and conversions.
Performance Marketing (Must Have)
Run and optimize campaigns on
Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads
, etc.
Improve metrics like
CTR, CPC, CPL, ROAS
, and campaign ROI.
Conduct A/B testing for ads, audiences, and landing pages.
Analyze performance and optimize budgets for maximum results.
Social Media & Content
Manage social media platforms and upload regular content.
Create posts, blogs, website content, and promotional material.
Work with the design team for creatives and ad banners.
Website & Campaign Management
Update and manage the company website.
Run email campaigns and newsletters.
Implement data-driven marketing using analytics tools.
Analytics & Reporting
Track performance using Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and Search Console.
Prepare weekly/monthly reports with insights and suggestions.
Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends.

Good communication & creative writing skills.
Analytical mindset and problem-solving ability.
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
Basic knowledge of landing page optimization & funnel strategy is a plus.
