About part time job/internship
Online Reputation Management (ORM):
- Monitor and respond to online reviews on Instagram and Google My Business
- Develop and implement strategies to improve our online reputation and ratings
- Collaborate with the team to resolve customer complaints and issues
Social Media Marketing:
- Assist in creating and scheduling posts for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.)
- Manage social media content calendars and ensure consistent posting
- Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and build online communities
Offline Marketing:
- Assist in planning and executing offline marketing events, campaigns, and activations
- Collaborate with the team to develop marketing materials and promotional items
- Help distribute marketing materials and promote our brand in local areas
