About the Role:

Maven Jobs is looking for a

creative and strategy-driven Social Media Marketing (SMM) Executive

who has hands-on experience managing

both Organic and Paid social media campaigns

, with a

strong focus on Organic growth

. The ideal candidate should be capable of building brand presence, growing the right audience, and driving engagement across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and execute

organic social media strategies

to grow audience and engagement Manage and optimize SM profiles on

LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, FB and YouTube

Create platform-specific content strategies for

business growth and brand visibility

Plan content calendars and publish posts using

automation tools

like Buffer, Metricool, or Publer Design high-quality

social media creatives using Canva

Create and edit

Reels, Shorts, or basic videos

(added advantage) Analyze performance metrics and improve content based on insights Manage

paid social media campaigns

(Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn Ads) as a plus Stay updated with social media trends, algorithms, and best practices Collaborate with internal teams for campaigns, branding, and messaging

Required Skills & Experience:

1+ year of experience in

Social Media Marketing

Strong experience in

Organic Social Media Growth

Proven knowledge of

LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube strategies

Good designing skills using

Canva

Understanding of hashtags, posting timing, and audience behavior Strong communication and content planning skills

Good to Have (Plus Points):

Experience with

Paid Social Media Ads

Basic video editing or reel creation skills Knowledge of analytics tools and performance tracking Experience working with

business or brand-focused accounts

Hands-on experience with

social media automation & scheduling tools

(Buffer, Metricool, Publer, or similar)
