4-7+ years of experience in performance marketing for
e-commerce brands

Proven track record of delivering high ROAS, revenue growth, and efficient lead generation.
Strong hands-on experience in Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube Ads, and LinkedIn Ads (optional).
Experience with D2C brands, Amazon marketplace ads, and remarketing strategies.
Deep understanding of pixels, tracking, attribution, and analytics tools.
Strong analytical mindset with expertise in Excel, dashboards, GA4, and reporting tools.
Experience with A/B testing, CRO, and funnel optimization.
Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with Shopify, WooCommerce, or similar e-commerce platforms.
Knowledge of marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Klaviyo, WebEngage, Zoho).
Data-driven mindset and ability to work in fast-paced environments.
