Key Responsibilities:Teaching & Digital Marketing:

Conduct

20-day online classes

on

digital marketing

for learners. Develop engaging course materials, assignments, and assessments. Guide students on practical applications of

SEO, social media marketing, PPC, email marketing, and analytics

. Oversee Classic Learn's

digital marketing strategies

, including content creation and campaign management.

HR & Backend Operations:

Recruit and onboard

new team members for various roles. Manage

backend operations

, ensuring smooth workflow and coordination. Facilitate

team communication

and resolve operational challenges. Maintain records, schedules, and HR documentation.

Requirements:

Proficiency in digital marketing

tools like

Google Ads, SEO, WordPress, and social media platforms

.

Experience in HR recruitment

, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates. Strong

communication and organizational skills

. Ability to

work independently

in a remote setup. Prior

teaching experience

in digital marketing is a plus. Manage classic learn social Media platform(digital marketing).
