About the Role:
The Digital Marketing Officer will be responsible for developing marketing strategies, creating engaging content, managing digital campaigns and social media activities, and identifying marketing opportunities, grow Institute's presence and promoting its courses and services.
Requirements
Qualification in Marketing or equivalent experience in digital marketing
Experience in the education or training sector (preferred)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Hands-on experience with Google Ads, email marketing, and social media platforms
Working knowledge of SEO, SEM, and content marketing
Experience using analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Search Console
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital marketing tools
Basic content creation and design skills (e.g. Canva or Adobe)
Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and time management
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Role and Responsibilities
Plan and deliver digital marketing campaigns across social media, search engines, email, and online advertising platforms.
Manage social media channels by creating, scheduling, and publishing content across Facebook, Instagram, X, Threads, LinkedIn, and YouTube, and responding to basic enquiries.
Manage and optimise paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads and social media platforms to increase enquiries and conversions.
Draft and edit marketing materials, including website content, brochures, flyers, and presentations in line with Institute's policies.
Coordinate website updates and apply SEO and SEM practices to improve website visibility and search engine rankings.
Support student recruitment activities by coordinating participation in expos, fairs, open days, tours, webinars, information sessions, and partner events, as applicable.
Liaise with education agents for the purpose of student recruitment activities.
Work closely with academic and operational teams to clearly communicate course benefits and ensure marketing content is accurate, compliant, and aligned with Institute practices.
Monitor local, national, and international education markets, analyse competitor activity, and identify trends, target segments, and growth opportunities.
Gather and interpret student and stakeholder feedback to improve messaging and channel effectiveness.
Monitor and analyse marketing performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, and social media insights, and prepare reports with recommendations for improvement.
Provide clear, concise summaries and insights to support management decision-making.
