Job Overview We are seeking a talented and experienced Digital Marketing professional to join our team at Leostar Solutions. As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will play a key role in developing and implementing our digital marketing strategies to promote our services and brand. This is a Full-Time position based in Nagpur, Maharashtra, India, and we are looking for candidates with 1 to 3 years of experience in digital marketing. Qualifications And Skills 1 to 3 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in a similar role. Solid knowledge of digital marketing techniques, including social media, SEO, email marketing, and PPC. Familiarity with marketing analytics tools and platforms, and ability to interpret and analyze data. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Certifications in digital marketing (e.g., Google AdWords, Google Analytics) are a plus. Roles And Responsibilities Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns across various platforms such as social media, email, SEO, and PPC. Create engaging and innovative content for social media platforms to increase brand awareness and drive user engagement. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the effectiveness of digital marketing strategies and make data-driven adjustments. Optimize website content and landing pages for search engine optimization (SEO) to improve organic search rankings and website traffic. Manage online advertising budgets and campaigns to maximize return on investment (ROI). Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments in digital marketing to identify new opportunities for growth and improvement.
