Position Overview

We are seeking experienced and passionate digital marketers to join our mentor network at Allmax'd.

As a Digital Marketing Mentor, you will be responsible for conducting structured mentoring sessions -- both online and offline. Offline sessions will be held in partner colleges or schools, where you will interact directly with learners and guide them through practical digital marketing concepts.

Allmax'd provides comprehensive Mentor Training, equipping you with the tools and methods to teach effectively and create lasting impact.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct 1-2 hours of mentoring sessions daily as per assigned schedule. Deliver online and offline sessions, with offline sessions taking place at assigned campuses (colleges or schools). Teach and guide students in key areas such as: SEO & SEM Google Ads & Meta Ads Social Media Marketing Content Marketing Email Marketing Analytics & Reporting Review student assignments, projects, and campaigns; provide constructive feedback. Support students in applying digital marketing strategies in practical contexts. Maintain session quality and punctuality as per Allmax'd's mentoring standards. Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in digital marketing.
Requirements

Minimum 6 months of hands-on experience in Digital Marketing (agency, freelance, or corporate). Strong understanding of digital marketing platforms and tools (Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, etc.). Excellent communication and presentation skills. Willingness to visit assigned campuses (colleges or schools) for offline sessions when required. Ability to commit to 1-2 hours of mentoring per day (schedule provided by Allmax'd).
Preferred Qualifications

Prior teaching, mentoring, or corporate training experience. Professional certifications from Google, Meta, or HubSpot. Passion for mentoring, upskilling, and helping students achieve career goals.
