Job Responsibilities
Define, execute, and lead an end-to-end digital marketing strategy that aligns with Plunes' business objectives and growth targets.
Develop, implement, and optimize effective paid media strategies across multiple social media platforms and search engines.
Conduct thorough keyword research and audience segmentation to drive effective targeting, messaging and campaign personalization.
Create compelling ad copy, creative assets, and optimized landing page to maximize campaign performance.
Regularly analyze campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, platform updates, and best practices to ensure our campaigns remain innovative and competitive.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, content, and analytics, to ensure cohesive and impactful campaigns.
Test and iterate on various ad formats, targeting options, and audience segments to optimize conversion rates.
Oversee the efficient functioning of conversion tracking to ensure accurate measurement and reporting.
Mentor and Guide junior marketing executives and aid their professional development.
Regularly engage with campaigns to align on goals and provide performance updates.
Develop and manager the digital marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources across channels to achieve maximum ROI.
Responding to management emails and ensuring effective communication.
Maintaining efficient conversion tracking and optimizations.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's or equivalent degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
7+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a minimum of 3 years in a managerial role overseeing campaign strategy, execution, and optimization.
Strong expertise in using digital marketing tools and platforms like Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads, social media management tools, email marketing platforms.
Demonstrated ability to analyze and interpret data to drive strategic decisions and optimize marketing performance.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Google Ads, Meta Ads and Google Analytics certifications are preferred.
Cora desk, Splunk, Security Information and Event Management(SIEM),managing firewall and knowledge of IT policies
