Key Responsibilities
Lead digital marketing campaigns to generate quality leads for 10-12 projects.
Oversee branding, creatives, and content to strengthen visibility and recall.
Manage and mentor the digital marketing and design teams.
Collaborate with external agencies for digital, media, and creative deliverables.
Plan and execute launch campaigns from concept to rollout.
Review weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance reports with ROI insights.
Align marketing efforts with sales and project teams for seamless execution.
Requirements
Bachelor's/Master's in Marketing, Business, or related field.
Minimum
7 years' experience
in real estate marketing (commercial & residential).
Strong expertise in
digital marketing, branding, and lead generation

Proven leadership, analytical, and project management skills.
