KRA: Task / Activities
Strategic Planning & Execution:
Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive traffic, customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.
Translate brand goals into digital KPIs and ensure alignment with business objectives.
Channel Management:
Oversee performance across paid media (Google Ads, Meta, programmatic), SEO, email marketing, affiliate marketing, influencer campaigns, and organic social.
Manage and optimize campaigns for ROI, ROAS, and customer LTV.
Luxury Brand Positioning:
Craft and maintain brand integrity across all digital touchpoints in line with luxury standards and customer expectations.
Ensure all marketing reflects the tone, style, and aspirations of high-end clientele.
Analytics & Reporting:
Monitor campaign performance and report on KPIs with actionable insights.
Use tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Manager, and CRM platforms to derive strategic insights.
Agency & Vendor Management:
Lead collaboration with digital agencies, ensuring strategic alignment and performance delivery.
Manage agency briefs, budgets, timelines, and quality control.
Customer Insights & CRM:
Leverage CRM tools and customer data to segment audiences and personalize campaigns.
Drive retention and loyalty initiatives through targeted communication.
Trendspotting & Innovation:
Stay abreast of digital trends, luxury e-commerce best practices, and new technologies.
Propose and test innovative digital solutions to keep the brand ahead of the curve.
Required Skills
6-10 years of digital marketing experience, ideally in both
agency and in-house luxury/e-commerce
environments.
Proven success in managing high-budget digital campaigns for premium/luxury brands.
In-depth knowledge of performance marketing, SEO/SEM, CRM, social, email, and influencer ecosystems.
Strong analytical skills; proficiency in Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Klaviyo (or similar), and Shopify/BigCommerce platforms.
Excellent understanding of luxury brand aesthetics, tone of voice, and customer behavior.
Experience managing external agencies and cross-functional teams.
Highly organized with strong project management and communication skills.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (MBA is a plus).
