Position Overview

We are seeking a proactive

Marketing & Digital Marketing Manager

to drive brand visibility, promotional activities, and sales growth in our retail business. The role involves both office-based strategy and regular

field visits

to vendors, outlets, and partners.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and enhance brand identity through

packaging, banners, pamphlets, leaflets

, and other collaterals. Plan and execute

SEO

and digital marketing strategies to boost visibility. Develop and implement

sales and marketing strategies

for retail products. Coordinate

influencer tie-ups

, partnerships, and outdoor advertising campaigns. Conduct

field visits

for vendor meetings, campaign supervision, and store promotions. Ensure timely execution of offline marketing materials and campaigns.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. Experience in

retail marketing

, branding, or field marketing preferred. Strong creativity, communication, and negotiation skills.

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
