Kabir IT Services is looking for a strategic and hands-on

Digital Marketing Manager

to lead our online growth. If you've independently handled campaigns, driven performance, and know how to turn clicks into conversions--this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and execute digital campaigns across SEO, SEM, social media, and paid ads Manage Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn campaigns, and remarketing funnels Analyze performance metrics and optimize for ROI Coordinate with design and content teams for creatives and landing pages Maintain and improve website traffic, lead generation, and brand visibility Stay updated with digital trends and platform algorithms Prepare monthly reports and present insights to leadership

Qualifications:

4-5 years of experience in digital marketing (preferably in IT or tech services) Proven ability to manage end-to-end PROJECTS independently Strong command of Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and ad platforms Excellent communication and analytical skills Creative mindset with a data-driven approach
