Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented

Digital Marketing Manager

to lead our marketing team. The ideal candidate should have in-depth knowledge of digital marketing strategies, social media management, paid advertising, and performance analytics.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, plan, and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and lead generation. Manage and optimize paid campaigns on

Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn Ads

, and other platforms. Oversee

SEO/SEM, social media marketing, content marketing, and email campaigns.

Analyze performance data and create reports to measure ROI and campaign effectiveness. Coordinate with the design, content, and technical teams to ensure campaign consistency. Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities. Manage and guide the digital marketing team to achieve monthly targets. Maintain strong client relationships and ensure timely communication and reporting.

Key Skills & Competencies:

Expertise in

Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz)

. Strong understanding of

social media strategies, content marketing, and lead generation

. Experience in

WordPress/website management

and

email marketing tools

(Mailchimp, HubSpot). Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. Excellent

communication and team management skills.

Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.

Educational Qualification:

Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field. Digital Marketing Certification from Google or equivalent is an added advantage.

Salary:

Commensurate with experience and last drawn salary.
