Job Description

We are seeking a results-driven

Digital Marketing Manager

to lead and manage our online marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital channels, analytics, and performance-driven marketing. You will be responsible for developing, implementing, tracking, and optimizing digital campaigns across multiple platforms to enhance brand visibility, drive traffic, and generate leads or sales.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy Development

: Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals. Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor strategies to inform campaigns.

Campaign Management

: Plan, create, and manage digital campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X Handel, YouTube and more. Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies to optimize results.

SEO and Content Marketing

: Oversee the development of SEO-optimized content, including blogs, web pages, and other digital assets. Collaborate with content creators to ensure messaging aligns with brand goals.

Social Media Management

: Develop and maintain a content calendar for social platforms. Engage with followers, respond to queries, and analyze social media performance.

Analytics and Reporting

: Use tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, or similar to track KPIs such as traffic, conversion rates, and ROI. Generate performance reports and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.

Email and CRM Campaigns

: Create and manage email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, drip campaigns, and automated sequences. Ensure proper segmentation and targeting to maximize engagement.

Collaboration

: Work with designers, developers, and copywriters to ensure cohesive branding. Partner with sales teams to align digital strategies with business objectives.

Budget Management

: Allocate and manage budgets for paid campaigns. Ensure all campaigns stay within allocated spending limits.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
