Key Responsibilities
Develop, plan, and execute digital marketing strategies across channels including SEO, SEM, email, content marketing.
Monitor and optimize website performance, user experience, and conversion rates.
Oversee content creation (blogs, social media posts, email campaigns, landing pages) aligned with brand messaging and SEO best practices.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
Manage and grow the company's social media presence.
Track and analyze key performance metrics (traffic, engagement, conversion, ROI) and prepare regular reports for stakeholders.
Collaborate with sales, product, and creative teams to align marketing campaigns with business goals.
Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
Manage relationships with external agencies, vendors, and influencers when necessary.
Requirements & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (Master's preferred).
3-5+ years of proven experience in digital marketing management.
Strong understanding of SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
Proficiency with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, HubSpot, or similar marketing automation platforms.
Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive decisions.
Strong project management and organizational skills.
Creative mindset with attention to detail.
Strong communication and leadership skills.
