We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven
Digital Marketing Manager
to lead and oversee our online marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, implementing, and managing digital campaigns across multiple platforms to enhance brand awareness, drive website traffic, generate leads, and boost sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, plan, and execute
digital marketing strategies
aligned with overall business objectives.
Manage and optimize campaigns across
SEO, SEM, PPC, social media, display ads, and email marketing
.
Lead the
content strategy
including blogs, videos, graphics, and social media posts to maintain brand consistency.
Oversee and manage the
company's website and landing pages
ensuring strong UI/UX and conversion rate optimization.
Monitor, analyze, and report campaign performance using tools like
Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, SEMrush, etc.
Drive
lead generation and customer acquisition strategies
for both B2B and B2C channels.
Manage and mentor a team of digital marketing executives/designers, ensuring high performance and professional growth.
Stay updated with
latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices
, including AI-powered marketing platforms.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Product, Design) to ensure cohesive marketing efforts.
Manage the
digital marketing budget
and ensure ROI-driven campaigns.
Key Skills :
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
5-8 years of proven experience in
digital marketing
, with at least 2-3 years in a managerial role.
Strong expertise in
SEO/SEM, Google Ads, social media marketing, and content marketing
.
Proficiency in
digital marketing tools
(Google Analytics, HubSpot, Mailchimp, Canva, etc.).
Experience with
marketing automation, lead nurturing, and CRM platforms
.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
Strong communication, leadership, and team management abilities.
Creativity and a data-driven mindset to balance innovative campaigns with measurable results.
Preferred Skills:
Knowledge of
AI-driven marketing tools

Experience in
e-commerce, performance marketing, and funnel optimization
