We are seeking an experienced and creative
Digital Marketing Manager
to lead the team , planning, execution, and optimization of our online marketing strategies. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of fashion industry trends, digital consumer behaviour, and a strong grasp of performance-driven marketing. You will play a key role in increasing brand visibility, driving traffic, growing engagement, and ultimately converting followers into loyal customers.
MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE OF 5 TO 7 YEARS
Digital Strategy & Planning
Develop and execute end-to-end digital marketing strategies tailored for fashion and advertising campaigns.
Content Marketing & Social Media
Oversee creation and distribution of digital content across all platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest, YouTube, etc.).
Collaborate with influencers, stylists, and photographers to create engaging fashion-forward content.
Manage social media calendar and community engagement strategies.
Performance Marketing
Manage paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, TikTok Ads, and display networks.
Analyse data and optimize campaigns for ROI, CTR, and conversion rates.
Retarget and nurture leads through personalized campaigns.
E-commerce & Website Optimization
Work closely with the web/e-commerce team to optimize the website for SEO, CRO, and UX.
Implement email marketing flows, product launches, and seasonal promotions.
Analytics & Reporting
Monitor KPIs and performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and Shopify reports.
Prepare regular reports to communicate insights, trends, and recommendations to leadership.
Collaboration
Liaise with designers, stylists, product managers, PR, and advertising agencies.
Stay updated on digital trends, fashion cycles, and competitor strategies.
Lead seasonal campaign planning in coordination with creative, merchandising, and brand teams.
Collaborating with media and sales teams to improve marketing results
Measuring key performance metrics, including website traffic, audience engagement, service quotas, bounce rate and ad spend return on investment
Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in digital marketing
Proven experience managing multi-channel campaigns and digital budgets.
Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, SEMrush, Mailchimp/Klaviyo, and Shopify/Magento.
Strong aesthetic sense and understanding of fashion branding.
Excellent communication and project management skills.
Preferred Skills:
Photography or video production coordination experience.
Knowledge of influencer marketing platforms.
Understanding of sustainability and diversity in modern fashion marketing.
