Immediate Hiring: Digital Marketing Executive (Meta & Google Ads Expert)

Location: Kolkata

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday: 10 AM - 7 PM
Saturday: 10 AM - 4 PM
About the Role:

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Executive with hands-on experience in running and optimizing campaigns on Meta (Facebook, Instagram) and Google Ads. This is an immediate requirement, and the ideal candidate should be proactive, analytical, and results-driven.

Key Responsibilities:

Set up, manage, and optimize paid ad campaigns on Meta and Google platforms

Monitor daily campaign performance and tweak strategies to meet KPIs

Plan audience targeting and retargeting strategies

Collaborate with the creative team to develop high-converting ads

Track results and prepare performance reports using Meta Business Suite, Google Ads & Google Analytics

Manage ad budgets efficiently to maximize ROI

Stay updated with the latest trends and algorithm changes

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of experience in running Meta and Google Ads

Good understanding of performance metrics like CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, etc.

Ability to analyze data and present insights

Familiar with tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and Excel

Strong communication skills and a keen eye for detail
