About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented
Digital Marketing Manager
to take ownership of our entire digital presence and performance. As a key member of our marketing team, you will lead the planning, execution, and optimization of our digital marketing strategy across multiple platforms.
Your goal will be to build strong digital brand visibility, drive qualified traffic to our online channels, generate leads, and increase customer engagement using innovative and data-driven techniques.
Key Responsibilities:
1.
Strategy & Planning
Design and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversions
Plan and budget for digital campaigns with clear KPIs and ROI analysis
Develop annual, quarterly, and monthly marketing plans aligned with business goals
2.
Performance Marketing
Manage and optimize PPC campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook/Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.)
Run retargeting campaigns, display advertising, shopping ads, and YouTube ads
Analyze campaign performance and drive continuous improvements using A/B testing, CRO, and audience segmentation

Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
Lead both on-page and off-page SEO efforts to improve organic search visibility
Conduct keyword research, content optimization, technical SEO audits, and backlink strategies
Collaborate with developers and content creators for implementation
4.
Social Media Management
Create and manage high-impact social media campaigns across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.)
Grow social media presence, increase followers, and boost user engagement with creative content strategies
5.
Content Marketing
Develop a content calendar and oversee content creation for blogs, website, videos, and social media
Ensure all digital content aligns with brand tone, SEO standards, and target audience interests

Email & CRM Campaigns
Build and manage targeted email campaigns using tools like Mailchimp, HubSpot, or Zoho
Segment mailing lists and personalize content for engagement and retention
7.
Analytics & Reporting
Use tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Meta Business Suite, and SEMrush to track performance
Create and present weekly/monthly reports showing KPIs, ROI, growth trends, and actionable insights
8.
Team & Collaboration
Coordinate with design, content, product, and sales teams to ensure marketing goals align with business strategy
Manage freelancers or junior digital marketing executives (if applicable)
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (MBA preferred)
3-8 years of proven experience in digital marketing or performance marketing roles
Strong understanding of online marketing tools and best practices
Expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush), and Analytics
Excellent project management, time management, and organizational skills
Preferred Skills:
Google Ads and Google Analytics Certifications
Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Marketo)
Working knowledge of basic HTML/CSS
Creative mindset with strong analytical thinking
