Role Overview

We are seeking a results-driven

Digital Marketing Executive/Manager

with a strong focus on

. The ideal candidate must be proficient in

generating qualified leads

, and leveraging

to boost efficiency, content quality, and data analysis. This role demands creativity, strategic thinking, and a data-driven approach.

Key Responsibilities

:

Plan, execute, and manage

paid advertising campaigns

across platforms like

Google Ads

,

Meta (Facebook & Instagram)

, and others. Generate

qualified leads

through targeted campaigns, effective funnel management, and landing page optimization. Monitor key metrics including

ROAS

,

CPC

,

CTR

, and

conversion rates

, and take corrective action to improve performance. Conduct in-depth

keyword research

and implement best practices in

on-page and off-page SEO

. Develop and publish engaging content including

blogs, social media posts,

and

email campaigns

to drive traffic and engagement. Use

AI-powered tools

(e.g., ChatGPT, Jasper, Surfer SEO, Copy.ai, Grammarly, Canva AI, HubSpot AI, SEMrush AI tools) to: Generate content ideas and ad copy. Optimize blog posts and web pages for SEO. Automate reporting and campaign analysis. Personalize marketing campaigns and email workflows. Track website analytics and campaign performance using

Google Analytics

,

Search Console

, and AI-based dashboards. Collaborate with designers and the Dubai team to ensure consistent branding and messaging. Suggest and test A/B variations using AI for better targeting and higher conversions. Manage and optimize

marketing budgets

to ensure maximum output per dirham/rupee spent.

Requirements

:

5+ years of proven experience in

digital marketing

, particularly in

performance and paid media

. Strong knowledge of

Google Ads

,

Meta Business Suite

, and

SEO best practices

. Experience with AI content generation, keyword analysis, and campaign optimization tools. Ability to analyze campaign data and generate actionable insights. Excellent writing skills with a knack for creating engaging blogs and content. Proficiency in marketing funnel strategy, remarketing, and audience segmentation. Highly organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, result-oriented environment.

Preferred Qualifications

:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field. Certifications in

Google Ads

Meta Blueprint

, or AI marketing tools (e.g., HubSpot AI, SEMrush AI). Prior experience working in coordination with international teams is a plus.
