The Digital Marketing Executive will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing online marketing campaigns across various digital platforms. The role focuses on increasing brand visibility, generating leads, managing social media, and ensuring strong online presence for the company.
Key Responsibilities
1. Social Media Management
Create and manage content for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
Plan monthly content calendars and creative posts.
Monitor engagement, respond to comments/messages, and build online communities.
2. Performance Marketing
Assist in running paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), and other platforms.
Track campaign performance and optimize for higher ROI.
Conduct keyword research and audience targeting.
3. Website & SEO
Update website content and ensure correct project information is available.
Perform on-page and off-page SEO activities.
Track website performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, etc.
4. Content Creation
Write digital content such as captions, blogs, ad copies, emailers, WhatsApp creatives, and website text.
Coordinate with designers for creative layouts and videos.
5. Lead Management
Track online leads generated through digital platforms.
Coordinate with sales teams to ensure timely follow-up.
Maintain data of lead sources and conversions.
6. Email Marketing & WhatsApp Campaigns
Create and schedule email campaigns using tools like Mailchimp, Zoho, HubSpot, etc.
Manage WhatsApp broadcast or bulk campaigns for marketing updates.
7. Analytics & Reporting
Monitor performance on all digital channels.
Prepare weekly/monthly reports on KPIs like leads, CTR, engagement, and reach.
Suggest improvements based on insights.
8. Branding & Creative Coordination
Support brand-building activities via digital media.
Plan online promotions for launches, events, offers, and festive campaigns.
Work closely with design, sales, and offline marketing teams.
Skills & Qualifications
Required:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Media, Communications, or related field.
1-4 years of experience in digital marketing or social media roles.
Strong understanding of Facebook/Instagram Ads & Google Ads.
Knowledge of SEO and content creation.
Familiarity with Canva, Photoshop, or similar tools.
Preferred:
Experience in real estate/retail/e-commerce industry.
Knowledge of automation tools (HubSpot, Zoho, etc.).
Basic video editing skills.
Salary & Benefits
Fixed Salary: Up to 25k Per Month
