About the Role

The Marketplace Marketing Manager will serve as the central delivery and performance leader for the Marketplace division, owning end-to-end execution across Amazon, Walmart, eBay, Etsy, and TikTok. This role is responsible for scaling high-value and enterprise marketplace accounts through strong delivery governance, advanced advertising and SEO strategy, and standardized operational frameworks. The Manager will lead and develop marketplace teams, ensure consistent KPI-driven performance, and act as the primary escalation and strategy point for premium and Threecolts agency clients--driving sustainable revenue growth, operational maturity, and long-term client retention.
Key Responsibilities

Marketplace Execution & Optimization
Run full-funnel advertising campaigns across major marketplaces
Lead SEO initiatives including keyword research, indexation, and listing optimization
Manage A+ Content development, Storefront structure, and brand presentation
Delivery Operations Management
Own end-to-end delivery for enterprise and agency-linked clients
Ensure timely delivery, reporting accuracy, and SLA compliance
Conduct weekly audits and monthly business reviews with actionable insights
Maintain platform compliance and policy adherence
Governance & Performance Management
Implement and uphold robust QA processes
Govern KPIs including ROAS, TACoS, CTR, CVR, Indexation, and Listing Health
Lead stakeholder management via biweekly syncs and monthly performance updates
Team Leadership & Enablement
Mentor and upskill team members through structured training programs
Build SOP-driven learning frameworks and a Marketplace CoE
Foster accountability, ownership, and delivery excellence across the team
About You

8 to 10 years
in marketplace delivery and performance management
Expertise across Amazon, Walmart, eBay, Etsy, TikTok
Hands?on experience in advertising strategy, SEO, A+ Content, and Storefronts
Proven track record managing enterprise clients and multi?platform portfolios
Strong understanding of algorithms, category dynamics, and policy compliance
Demonstrated ability to mentor and scale delivery teams
Strong client communication and stakeholder management abilities
Proficiency in converting analytics into actionable strategies
Ownership of performance KPIs including ROAS, TACoS, CTR, CVR, Indexation, etc.
Analytical mindset with high attention to detail
Strong operational discipline and execution excellence
Strategic thinking with delivery?centric leadership
