result-driven Digital Marketing Manager

with proven

hospital or healthcare industry experience

. The ideal candidate should be well-versed with evolving digital trends, healthcare marketing ethics, and data-driven strategies to strengthen the hospital's digital presence and patient outreach.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, execute, and manage complete digital marketing strategies for the hospital Handle social media platforms, paid campaigns, and content calendars for healthcare awareness and promotions Oversee website performance, SEO, SEM, and lead generation campaigns Analyze campaign performance using digital analytics tools and optimize ROI Coordinate with doctors, departments, designers, and content teams for accurate healthcare communication Ensure compliance with medical advertising guidelines and hospital branding standards Track industry trends, digital terminologies, and emerging platforms relevant to healthcare marketing

Required Skills & Expertise:

Strong knowledge of

digital marketing trends, tools, and terminologies

Hands-on experience in

SEO, SEM, Google Ads, Meta Ads, analytics, and reporting

Expertise in healthcare digital communication and patient-centric marketing Excellent understanding of content marketing, funnels, and lead nurturing Ability to interpret data and convert insights into actionable strategies

Requirement:

Prior experience in hospital / healthcare digital marketing will be an added advantage

Experience:

3-5 years

of relevant digital marketing experience Minimum

2+ years

in a hospital or healthcare setup preferred
