We are looking for a highly driven Digital Marketing Manager to plan, execute and optimize all online marketing activities. The role focuses on improving brand visibility, generating quality leads, and driving measurable results across multiple digital channels.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Planning
Develop and implement ROI-driven digital marketing strategies.
Create monthly and quarterly marketing plans aligned with business goals.
Manage marketing budgets effectively.
Performance Marketing
Plan and run paid campaigns on Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
Track & optimize CPC, CPA, ROAS, and Conversion Rate.
Lead generation & funnel building.
Content & Social Media
Oversee content strategy for website, blogs, email, and social media.
Grow followers, engagement, and brand visibility.
Manage content calendars and cross-platform publishing.
SEO & Website
Improve organic traffic through on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
Work with team on website UI/UX, landing pages, and CRO.
Analytics & Reporting
Use Google Analytics, Search Console, Tag Manager, Meta Ads, etc.
Set KPIs and measure performance.
Weekly/monthly dashboards & insights.
Team & Coordination
Coordinate with design, content, sales, and product teams.
Manage vendors/agencies when required.
