The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing digital marketing strategies that enhance the hospital's online presence, attract new patients, and strengthen engagement with existing ones. This role involves overseeing digital campaigns, managing social media channels, optimizing website performance, and ensuring all digital communications align with the hospital's brand and patient care mission.
Key Responsibilities
1. Digital Strategy & Planning
Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy aligned with hospital goals.
Plan and manage online marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, content marketing, and social media.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
2. Website & SEO Management
Oversee website content, design, and user experience to ensure patient-friendly navigation and accessibility.
Implement SEO best practices to improve organic search rankings and online visibility.
Coordinate with IT and external vendors for web updates, analytics, and performance monitoring.
3. Social Media & Online Engagement
Manage the hospital's social media presence (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube).
Create engaging content highlighting health awareness, hospital services, doctors, and patient success stories.
Monitor online reviews and patient feedback on platforms like Google, Healthgrades, and social channels, responding promptly and professionally.
4. Digital Advertising & Campaigns
Plan and manage paid campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.) to drive patient inquiries and service awareness.
Track and report campaign performance using analytics tools, providing insights and optimization recommendations.
5. Content & Brand Management
Collaborate with medical departments to create educational content, blogs, videos, and newsletters.
Ensure consistent brand messaging across all digital channels.
Maintain compliance with healthcare advertising regulations and patient privacy.
6. Analytics & Reporting
Use tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and CRM dashboards to measure ROI and KPIs.
Prepare regular performance reports for senior management and make data-driven recommendations.
7. Team Management
Oversee the in-house Marketing team and lead them to success.
Requirments:
Education:
Bachelor's /Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field.
3+ years of digital marketing experience, preferably in healthcare, hospital, or service industry.
Proven experience managing social media, SEO/SEM, and digital advertising campaigns.
Strong understanding of patient acquisition strategies and online reputation management.
Skills:
Proficiency in Google Analytics, Ads Manager, SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc.), and CRM systems.
Excellent communication, project management, and creative thinking skills.
