Job Summary:

We are seeking a results-driven

Digital Marketing Manager

to lead our digital strategy and execution. You will manage a team of up to 10 members, oversee multi-channel campaigns (SEO, PPC, social media, content, and email marketing), and ensure strong ROI and performance across all platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Define and execute digital marketing plans aligned with business objectives. Manage and mentor the marketing team across all digital channels: PPC, SEO, social media, content, and email. Monitor and optimize campaign KPIs (CTR, ROAS, CPA, conversion rates, etc.). Use analytics and reporting tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, and others to track performance. Collaborate with design, content, product, and sales teams to deliver cohesive campaigns.

Requirements:

5-7 years of overall digital marketing experience. Minimum 3-4 years of experience working in a digital marketing agency

At least 1 year of experience as a team lead or manager. Strong leadership and execution skills in campaign management. Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO tools, email marketing platforms, and analytics tools.
