Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Performance Marketing
Plan, execute, and optimize
lead generation campaigns
via Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, and other paid channels
Build and manage marketing funnels to drive
high-quality leads (MQLs & SQLs)
Optimize landing pages, CTAs, and email workflows for lead capture and conversion
Monitor and improve
conversion rates, CPL, and ROI
across all digital campaigns
Align campaigns with sales team to ensure
lead quality
and funnel optimization
Creative Content Development
Design impactful creatives using
Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro)
and
Canva
Create high-quality
visual content, social media posts, banners, ads, and promotional videos
Use
AI-powered tools
(e.g., Midjourney, DALLE, Runway ML, Descript, Synthesia, etc.) to generate renders, visuals, and video content at scale
Collaborate with content and design teams to develop visually engaging and brand-aligned marketing materials
Analytics & Optimization
Track campaign performance using
Google Analytics, GA4, Google Tag Manager
, and CRM dashboards
Generate actionable insights to improve campaign effectiveness
Conduct A/B testing for ads, creatives, and landing pages
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
3+ years of digital marketing experience
, with a strong focus on
lead generation
Proficiency in
Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager
, and SEO tools
Strong design skills using
Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and Canva
Hands-on experience with
