Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to drive online visibility, engagement, and lead generation for real estate projects.
Manage campaigns across multiple digital channels including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, content marketing, and display advertising.
Oversee website content, landing pages, and property listings to ensure consistency, SEO optimization, and high conversion rates.
Plan and execute social media campaigns across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube to engage target audiences.
Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance using analytics tools; optimize campaigns based on insights.
Collaborate with sales, design, and content teams to develop creative assets, newsletters, blogs, and promotional materials.
Stay updated with latest digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies in real estate and implement best practices.
Manage the digital marketing budget effectively to maximize ROI.
Lead and mentor junior digital marketing staff (if applicable).
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred.
5+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in real estate or property development.
Proven track record in planning and executing successful digital campaigns.
Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, PPC, social media marketing, email marketing, and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, etc.).
Excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills.
Creative thinker with the ability to translate marketing goals into digital strategies.
Familiarity with real estate trends, property marketing, and lead generation techniques is a plus.
