About the Role:

We are seeking a results-driven

Digital Marketing Manager

with 4-5 years of proven experience in

performance marketing, team leadership, and digital strategy execution

. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving customer acquisition, optimizing ROI, managing campaigns across digital channels, and leading a team of digital marketing specialists. Excellent communication and leadership skills are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement

360 digital marketing strategies

across paid and organic platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, SEO, Display, Programmatic, etc.) Lead and mentor the

digital marketing team

, ensuring effective collaboration and execution of campaigns. Manage

performance marketing campaigns

focused on ROI, lead generation, and customer acquisition. Leverage

analytics and performance data

to continuously optimize campaigns and maximize results. Oversee

social media, SEO/SEM, email campaigns, and content marketing initiatives

to drive traffic and engagement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, product, creative) to align digital marketing strategies with business objectives. Monitor trends, competitor activities, and emerging digital tools to keep the brand ahead in the market. Prepare and present

campaign performance reports

Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. 4-5 years of proven experience in

digital marketing and performance marketing

. Strong knowledge of

Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Ads, SEO tools (SEMRush, Ahrefs, Google Analytics, GA4), and CRM/Automation tools

. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Demonstrated ability to
