Role: Marketing Manager, BlackBond MediaPurpose & Scope

The Marketing Manager is responsible for shaping and executing influencer-based and other creative marketing initiatives to increase brand awareness, audience engagement, and business growth. This person plays a central role in bridging internal teams and external partners (influencers, creators, agencies) to ensure campaigns are creative, effective, and aligned with BlackBond Media's goals.

Influencer Relations

o Identify, select, and recruit influencers who align with BlackBond's brand values and audience.

Build and nurture long-term relationships with influencers and content creators. Negotiate terms, contracts, deliverables, usage rights and compensation. Be the main point of contact for influencers: coordinate briefings, feedback, content approval, timelines. Ensure compliance with legal/disclosure requirements for sponsored content. Monitor influencer sentiment, measure performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversions), and provide insight back to both influencers and internal teams. Develop creative campaign concepts that leverage new trends, formats, platforms. Monitor the landscape: what competitors are doing; which influencer & social media trends are rising; emerging platforms. Test new types of influencer activations (e.g. micro/nano influencers, UGC, ambassador programs, live/video content). Cross-Team Coordination

o Collaborate with creative/design teams to ensure content assets are high quality, on-brand, and delivered on time. Work with social media, PR, digital, product, brand teams to align campaigns with product launches, messaging, promotions. Coordinate with legal/compliance for contracts, disclosures, and usage rights. Liaise with agencies (if any) or external vendors (photographers, video producers) as needed. Execution & Project Management

o Manage end-to-end influencer campaigns: timeline planning, setting KPIs, resource allocation, budgeting. Track deliverables: ensure influencers submit content on schedule, content meets brief. Oversee content publishing & amplification (social, paid, owned channels). Monitor budgets, payments, and performance metrics. Handle multiple campaigns in parallel, ensuring nothing slips. Measurement, Reporting & Optimization

o Define KPIs for influencer and content campaigns (reach, engagement, conversions, ROI etc.). Track campaign performance, collect data, analyze what worked / what didn't. Report to senior leadership / stakeholders on outcomes, learnings, and recommendations. Based on data, optimize future campaigns: adjust influencer tiers, content types, platforms etc. Maintain reporting dashboards or systems. Reporting & Collaboration

Likely reports to Head of Marketing / Director of Marketing. Works closely with Social Media, Creative, PR, Product, Content, and possibly Sales / Growth teams. Might manage or coordinate with junior folks (coordinators, assistants) or external agencies.
